These rules amend the District Court Rules 2005 to prescribe the forms from the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Rules 2005 Schedule 1 (as in force on 25 November 2017) for use in matters under the Restraining Orders Act 1997 in the District Court.
This change affects legal practitioners and parties involved in Restraining Order Act 1997 matters in the District Court, as they must now use the prescribed forms from the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Rules 2005.
