Principal Act
These regulations amend the Dog Regulations 2013 to modify the refund amounts available to dog owners who register their dog for its lifetime as unsterilised, and subsequently have the dog sterilised.
Dog owners who register their dog for its lifetime as unsterilised, and then have the dog sterilised within 3 years, will receive a refund. The refund amount depends on the year in which the dog is sterilised after registration.
