📜 Electricity Industry Exemption Amendment Order 2021

Principal Act
This order amends the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005, extending the exemption period specified in clause 19(4) from 30 June 2021 to 30 June 2024.
Electricity industry participants who benefit from the exemption outlined in clause 19(4) of the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005 will continue to receive that exemption for an additional three years. This provides regulatory certainty.
