Electricity Industry Act 2004

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Licence Conditions) Regulations 2005. They update references to the Electricity Industry (Customer Transfer) Code and the Electricity Industry (Metering) Code to the 2016 and 2012 versions, respectively.

Electricity industry licensees are affected as they must comply with the updated versions of the Customer Transfer and Metering Codes. This ensures licensees operate under the most current industry standards.
