Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These By-laws amend the Energy Operators (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006. They update electricity supply charges, including fixed charges and consumption rates for various tariffs, and introduce definitions for 'hfe support customer' and 'MSLA'.

Electricity consumers in Western Australia will be affected by changes to supply charges. The changes impact different tariffs (Li, L3, Ri, R3, A1, B1, C1) and standby charges. Life support customers are now specifically defined.
