Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006 by replacing Schedules 1 and 2, which relate to supply charges for electricity tariffs.

Consumers of electricity supplied by the Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation will be affected by changes to the tariffs, including fixed charges and consumption rates. The changes impact various tariffs including Li, L3, RI, R3, A1, B1 and C1.
