Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These By-laws amend the Energy Operators (Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006. They update the charges for various electricity tariffs, including general supply, residential, community service, and special premises, as well as unmetered supply for street lighting.

Consumers of electricity supplied by the Regional Power Corporation will be affected by the changes to tariff rates. Small voluntary and charitable organizations, residential customers, and those using unmetered street lighting will see adjustments to their charges.
