Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006. They update the supply charges for various tariffs, including L2, L4, A2, C2, D2, and K2, and introduce definitions related to MyPower tariffs.

Consumers of electricity supplied by the Regional Power Corporation will be affected by changes to the fixed and consumption charges for different tariffs. Small voluntary and charitable organisations, residential customers, and general supply customers will see revised rates.
