Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006, updating the charges for various electricity tariffs provided by the Regional Power Corporation.

Consumers of electricity supplied by the Regional Power Corporation will be affected by changes to fixed charges and consumption rates for different tariffs, including L2, L4, A2, C2, D2, K2, and MyPower tariffs. Businesses and residents will see adjustments to their electricity bills.
