These regulations amend the Family Court Regulations 1998 to update the fees payable to the Marshal. The fees are now aligned with those payable to the Sheriff under the Civil Judgments Enforcement Regulations 2005 for equivalent actions.
Parties involved in Family Court actions requiring the services of the Marshal will be affected, as the fees will now mirror those of the Sheriff for similar actions under the Civil Judgments Enforcement Regulations 2005. This may result in a change to the amount payable for certain services.
