Principal Act
These regulations amend the Firearms Regulations 1974 to exempt police and armed forces members, or classes of persons exempted by the Commissioner, from certain requirements.
Members of the Police Force and armed forces of the Crown who are exempted by the Commissioner are no longer subject to subregulation 11A(7) of the Firearms Regulations 1974.
