These regulations amend the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Regulations 2009 by replacing regulations 4 and 5, imposing fees for the Abrolhos Islands Voluntary Scheme under section 8 of the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Act 1987.
Commercial fishers participating in the Abrolhos Islands Voluntary Scheme will be affected by the new fee schedule. They must pay the specified fees by the dates listed to maintain their authorisations.
