These regulations amend the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Regulations 2009. They update fees and payment dates for the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery Voluntary Scheme and remove Part 3 of the regulations.
Licensees in the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery Voluntary Scheme are affected by changes to the fees they must pay and the dates by which they must be paid. Part 3 of the regulations is removed, which may affect stakeholders previously subject to it.
