These regulations amend the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Regulations 2009 to waive certain fees due on 1 March 2020 and impose new fees due on 4 December 2020 for the Abrolhos Islands Voluntary Scheme and the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Voluntary Scheme.
Operators in the Abrolhos Islands Voluntary Scheme and the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Voluntary Scheme are affected. They benefit from a waived fee from March 2020, but must pay a new fee by December 4, 2020.
