Principal Act
These regulations amend the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Regulations 2009. They update fees for certain fisheries authorisations and waive a fee that was due on 1 March 2021.
Operators in the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Voluntary Scheme are affected by the updated fee schedule. The waiver of the 1 March 2021 fee provides immediate financial relief. Future fees are specified for the coming years.
