These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995 and the Pearling (General) Regulations 1991 by updating various fees.
Commercial and recreational fishers and pearling operators will be affected by the changes to fees for licenses, permits, and other activities. They will need to pay the new fees to maintain compliance.
