Freedom of Information Act 1992

These regulations amend the Freedom of Information Regulations 1993 to clarify who the principal officer is for health service providers established under the Health Services Act 2016 for the purposes of FOI requests.

Health service providers established under the Health Services Act 2016 will have clarity on who is considered the principal officer for Freedom of Information requests. This affects the process of handling FOI requests within these organisations.
