These regulations amend the Health (Aquatic Facilities) Regulations 2007 to clarify the application of those regulations to aquatic facilities in strata and community title schemes, particularly schemes with fewer than 30 residential lots.
Strata and community title schemes with aquatic facilities may be affected. Schemes with fewer than 30 residential lots will have specific rules applied to them. This clarifies which aquatic facilities are subject to the Health (Aquatic Facilities) Regulations 2007.
