Principal Act
These regulations amend the Health (Notifications by Midwives) Regulations 1994 by replacing Form 2 in the Schedule, which is the notification form used by midwives.
Midwives in Western Australia will be required to use the updated Form 2 when submitting notifications. This affects their reporting obligations to the Department of Health.
