These regulations amend the Health (Notifications by Midwives) Regulations 1994 by replacing Form 2 in the Schedule, which is the notification form for cases attended by midwives, specifically regarding pregnancy and baby details.

Midwives in Western Australia will be required to use the updated Form 2 when notifying cases they have attended. This affects their reporting obligations to the Department of Health.
