Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) Act 2010

This regulation amends the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Regulation 2018. It addresses transitional provisions related to publishing information and professional indemnity insurance for midwives, and updates definitions.

The changes affect health practitioners, particularly midwives practicing private midwifery, and the agencies responsible for regulating health practitioners. The extension of the transition period for professional indemnity insurance arrangements provides more time for midwives to comply.
