These regulations amend the Health Services (Information) Regulations 2017 to modify regulation 3(2)(b)(iii) by adding "or impossible" after "impracticable". This clarifies the circumstances under which certain information requirements may be excused.

Health service providers are affected. The amendment provides additional clarity regarding situations where providing information is not just impractical but also impossible, potentially easing compliance burdens in extreme cases.
