These regulations amend the Housing Regulations 1980 to replace regulation 10, concerning strata management fees. It allows the Housing Authority to charge lot owners in strata schemes an annual management fee of $50 if the Authority provides management services to the strata company.
Owners of lots within strata titles schemes may be required to pay an annual management fee of $50 to the Housing Authority if the Authority provides management services to the strata company. This impacts the financial obligations of these lot owners.
