These regulations amend the Human Reproductive Technology (Licences and Registers) Regulations 1993 to update references to forms and insert a new form for warrants authorizing entry to premises under section 55(1) of the Act.
Licensed human reproductive technology providers and law enforcement are affected. Providers will use updated form references. Law enforcement will use a prescribed warrant form when seeking entry to premises.
