Principal Act
These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940 to update references and clarify fee structures related to berth usage and other services provided at jetties in Western Australia.
Operators of recreational and commercial vessels using jetties will be affected by changes to fee calculations and terminology. The Department responsible for jetty management will also be affected by the clarification of fee collection procedures.
