Principal Act
These regulations amend the Land Administration Regulations 1998, updating fees in Schedule 1. They come into effect in two stages: regulations 1 and 2 on publication, and the rest on 1 July 2018.
Land developers and individuals dealing with land administration processes will be affected by the changes to fees. They will need to be aware of the updated fee schedule from 1 July 2018.
