Principal Act
These regulations amend the Land Administration Regulations 1998 by updating fees in Schedule 1. They delete old fee amounts and insert new, higher amounts for unspecified items 1(a), 1(b), and 1(c).
Businesses and individuals dealing with land administration matters in Western Australia will be affected by increased fees for certain transactions. They will need to pay the new, higher fees from July 1, 2019.
