Principal Act
This determination, made under the Legal Profession Act 2008, sets out the scale of costs for public notaries in Western Australia. It adopts the 2015 fee schedule and confirms that fees are inclusive of GST.
Public notaries and their clients are affected. Notaries must adhere to the maximum fees outlined in the determination. Clients will continue to pay the same fees as in 2015 for notarial services.
