These regulations amend the Licensing Provisions Regulations to update fees and licensing periods for auction sales, debt collectors, and motor vehicle dealers. They also introduce provisions for refunds on surrendered licenses and update notification requirements for changes in licensee information.
Auctioneers, debt collectors, and motor vehicle dealers will be affected by changes to licensing fees and renewal processes. Licensees may also be eligible for refunds if they surrender their licenses. Debt collectors also have new notification requirements.
