These regulations amend the Limited Partnerships Regulations 2017 to allow the Commissioner to withhold personal information (address) from the public register under certain circumstances, and prescribe offences and modified penalties for infringement notices.
Individuals involved in limited partnerships can apply to have their residential address withheld from the public register if their personal safety or that of their family is at risk. The regulations also introduce infringement notices and penalties for certain offences under the Limited Partnerships Act 2016.
