These rules amend the Liquor Commission Rules 2007 to allow parties to proceedings to obtain copies of documents they are entitled to inspect and transcripts of proceedings, and sets the cost per page for these copies.
Parties involved in Liquor Commission proceedings are affected, as they now have a defined process and cost for obtaining copies of relevant documents and transcripts. This increases transparency and access to information.
