Liquor Control Amendment Act 2018

This proclamation announces the commencement date for specific sections (53 and 62(1) and (3)) of the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2018. These sections will come into effect the day after this proclamation is published in the Gazette.

Liquor licensees and other stakeholders in the liquor industry in Western Australia are affected, as certain provisions of the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2018 will now be in force.
