Principal Act
This proclamation commences section 36 of the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2018, bringing it into operation on 1 February 2022. This completes the commencement of the entire Act.
Liquor licensees and other stakeholders in the liquor industry in Western Australia will be affected by the changes introduced by section 36 of the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2018 from 1 February 2022.
