Principal Act
These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989 to clarify and expand the circumstances under which liquor can be supplied to residents and guests in residential care facilities and retirement villages.
Approved providers of residential care and operators/residents of retirement villages are affected. They can now supply liquor to residents and their guests under specific conditions, as defined in the Retirement Villages Act 1992.
