These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989, updating definitions related to patron numbers, prescribing types of special facility licenses and kinds of licenses, and modifying application requirements and fees.
Liquor licensees and permit applicants are affected by changes to definitions of 'anticipated number of patrons' and 'maximum number of patrons', impacting application processes. Changes to prescribed license types and application days also affect licensees. Some fees are adjusted.
