Principal Act
These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989 to include references to the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 and the Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 in regulation 27(4).
Liquor licensees and individuals operating within or near the Bungardi and Woolah Restricted Areas are affected. This ensures these restricted areas are properly referenced within the broader Liquor Control Regulations.
