These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Bayulu Restricted Area) Regulations 2013 to extend the restricted area designation until 28 June 2022. This extends the period during which restrictions on alcohol apply in the Bayulu area.
The Bayulu community and liquor licensees operating in or near the Bayulu Restricted Area are affected. They must continue to comply with the restrictions on alcohol sales and possession within the designated area until the new expiry date.
