These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 by extending the expiry date of the restricted area. The previous expiry date of 19 August 2026 is replaced with 19 February 2028.
Liquor licensees and individuals within the Bungardi Restricted Area will continue to be subject to the existing liquor restrictions for an extended period until February 2028. This ensures the ongoing control of liquor in the designated area.
