These regulations declare the Bungardi Aboriginal Community a restricted area under the Liquor Control Act 1988, prohibiting the possession and introduction of liquor. They empower police to seize and dispose of liquor in the area and are set to expire on 19 August 2026.
Individuals and licensees are affected by the prohibition of liquor within the Bungardi Aboriginal Community. Police are granted powers to seize and dispose of liquor. The Director of Liquor Licensing must post notices about the restrictions.
