These regulations declare the Kadjina Aboriginal Community a restricted area regarding liquor, prohibiting bringing liquor into or possessing it within the community. They also allow police to seize and dispose of liquor containers suspected of being involved in an offence.
Individuals are prohibited from bringing liquor into or possessing it within the Kadjina Aboriginal Community. Licensees, managers, and directors face higher penalties. Police are granted powers to seize and dispose of liquor containers. The Director of Liquor Licensing must post notices about the restrictions.
