Liquor Control Act 1988

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010 by changing the year specified in regulation 9 from 2026 to 2027. This effectively extends the duration of the restricted area.

Liquor licensees and individuals within the Kundat Djaru Restricted Area will continue to be subject to the existing liquor restrictions for an additional year, as the sunset clause for the regulations is extended.
