These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Ngurrawaana Restricted Area) Regulations 2018 by extending the expiry date of the Ngurrawaana Restricted Area from 2026 to 2036. This ensures the continued restriction on liquor in the specified area for an additional decade.

Liquor licensees and individuals within or travelling to the Ngurrawaana Restricted Area will continue to be subject to existing liquor restrictions for an extended period. This maintains the status quo regarding liquor control in that specific region.
