Principal Act
Amends the Cat Regulations 2012 and the Dog Regulations 2013. Updates references to organisations, clarifies cat registration exemptions for cats in the care of certain organisations and foster carers, and updates references to Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA).
Local councils, animal shelters, veterinary clinics, and foster carers are affected by the changes to cat registration exemptions. RWWA is affected by the updated references. Dog and cat owners may be indirectly affected by changes to registration processes.
