These regulations amend the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Regulations 1997, the Cat Regulations 2012, and the Dog Regulations 2013 to remove specific references to payment methods (post, in person) from infringement notices.
Local governments are affected by the changes to the prescribed forms. Individuals receiving infringement notices under the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995, Cat Act 2011, and Dog Act 1976 will no longer see specific payment methods listed on the notices.
