These rules amend the Lotteries Commission (Authorised Lotteries) Rules 2016, modifying provisions related to prize pools, bonus draws, guaranteed division 1 prizes, and the distribution of prize money in lotto and Soccer Pools games.

The changes affect lottery participants and the Lotteries Commission by altering the rules for prize distribution, bonus draws, and guaranteed prize pools. Winners in lower divisions may receive larger prizes if there is no division 1 winner. The Commission has more flexibility in allocating prize money.
