Principal Act
These rules amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Rules 2005 to prescribe new forms for use under the Restraining Orders Act 1997, including forms for family violence, violence, and misconduct restraining orders.
Individuals applying for or subject to restraining orders will use the new forms. Courts and police will also be affected by the new forms.
