📜 Medicines and Poisons Amendment Regulations 2019
These regulations amend the Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016 to update definitions, allow prescribers to direct authorised health professionals to supply certain medicines, define PBS medicines and remote clinics, and set conditions for the supply of medicines by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners and workers and registered nurses in remote areas.
