Principal Act
These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981. They primarily remove references to the Mining (Ellendale Diamond Royalties) Regulations 2002, which are being repealed. They also delete regulations 85B(3), 86(3), and 86A(9).
Mining operators and other stakeholders will no longer be subject to regulations related to the Ellendale Diamond Royalties. This simplifies the regulatory framework for mining in Western Australia.
