These regulations temporarily waived and refunded certain occupational safety and health fees in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They were later repealed before some sections came into operation.
Businesses and individuals who paid designated occupational safety and health fees between April 1, 2020, and the commencement date of these regulations were entitled to a refund. All designated fees were waived until March 31, 2021.
