Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984

These regulations repeal the Occupational Safety and Health Amendment (COVID-19 Response) Regulations 2020. This effectively removes the temporary amendments made to occupational safety and health regulations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Businesses and workplaces are affected as the specific COVID-19 related safety and health measures previously implemented under the repealed regulations are no longer in effect. They revert to the standard Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 requirements.
